Youth for CHEnge called a collective press conference demanding government to stop garbage dumping to the Aruwakkalu area which is located near a high sensitive forest reservation In the year 2017 Meetotamulla garbage mountain was collapsed and 32 villagers were died as a result of garbage mafia in the country.Now the government is trying to convert Aruwakkalu to another Meetotamulla. Several environmental organizations and environmentalists expressed their views at the press conference.
